Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Mikinis every item is designed and sewn with care, and we do our best to ensure a pleasant, accurate shopping experience.

Exchanging a top

A top may be exchanged under the following conditions:

• An exchange request may be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
• The item must be new, with no signs of use, prolonged fitting, or washing, and with all original tags attached.
• You must contact customer service via WhatsApp or a phone call within the defined time window.

Exchange approval

Once we receive and inspect the item, the exchange will be approved subject to meeting the policy conditions. Mikinis reserves the right to refuse an exchange of an item that does not meet the stated conditions.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs for an exchange are the customer’s responsibility, unless the exchange is due to a Mikinis error or a fault in the item.
