Welcome to Mikinis. Use of our website and services is subject to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Mikinis. If you do not agree to any term, please do not use the site. Use is permitted from age 18, or with the consent and supervision of a guardian.

2. Use of the website

You agree to provide accurate details when registering and ordering, and not to use the site unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others. Product images are illustrative, and slight colour variations between the display and the actual item are possible. We may restrict access in cases of misuse.

3. Orders and payment

All prices are in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT. The binding price is the one shown when the order is completed. Confirmation is subject to stock availability and payment authorisation. In the event of an obvious pricing error or stock shortage, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the site, including the design, logo, the name "Mikinis", text, and images, is the property of Mikinis and protected by copyright. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

5. Limitation of liability

We make every effort to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that it will be free of faults. Our liability for any product is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing here derogates from your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and apply from publication. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent Israeli courts shall have jurisdiction.
